Special Outreach Event: The 2010 Geospatial Conference
The 2010 Geospatial Conference will be held at the University of Georgia, Center for Continuing Education in Athens, GA from Wednesday, October 20th - Friday, October 22nd, with pre-conference workshops on Tuesday, October 19th. Participants are welcome from federal, state, local governments; academic; private sector; and international organizations. This event is a joint conference sponsored by Georgia URISA, ASPRS Mid-South Chapter, SAMSOG and the GITA Southeast Chapter.

The American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). The State of Georgia is served by the organization's Mid-South Chapter.
The Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia (SAMSOG). Serves the State of Georgia with 15 regional chapters.
