Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I manage multiple employees in a Corporate, Business or Non-profit Organization membership?
1. Once you have logged in, you will see some "edit" buttons that will appear at the top of your screen. Click on the "Manage Members" button:

2. This page shows the current members your organization sponsors. A "Corporate Membership" can have 4 or more sponsored members, a "Business Membership can have 2 sponsored members, and a "Non-profit Organization Membership is limited to 4 members. The member at the top is considered the "Primary" member who will have administrative control for your organization as to who will be added or deleted from GaURISA membership.

3. You can either add sponsored employees who are already members of GaURISA, or create a new member of GaURISA who you are adding to your sponsored list. This FAQ will discuss both options.
To add an "Existing GaURISA Member" click on the next "Add Existing Member" button below the Primary Contact.

4. A new window will appear with a scroll box of current GaURISA members. Scroll down to the member you wish to add to your list of sponsored employees and then click the "Add" button at the bottom of the page. The employee will automatically be added to your list of sponsored members. Please only add one sponsored employee at a time.

5. If your employee is not a current GaURISA member, you can click on the "Add New Member" button below the Primary Contact.

6. A new window will appear on the page which has the minimum number of fields required to add a sponsored member to GaURISA. Fill in the required fields (make sure the email address is correc) and then click on the "Add" button at the bottom of the page.

7. To delete or change out an existng sponsored member, just click on the delete box beside the sponsored employee to removed them from your sponsored members list. The Primary Contact is not able to delete their record from the list. If you need to change out the Primary Contact for the organization, or add additional members in a Corporate Account, please contact the Membership Chair.
