On the website, click on the Membership page

1. Click on your membership type you want

2. Add to shopping cart

3. On the left side of the page is link to membership, click this

It will take you a page with an icon to add additional members.

4. Click on the Add additional members icon

5. Put in how many additional members you are adding

6. Add to cart.

Then just check out!
